ArchiCAD - Upgrade Advantage Service (UAS)

Graphisoft has designed this comprehensive service for those customers who understand the value of having guaranteed support from Graphisoft and also want to be sure they can benefit from the latest facilities in ArchiCAD and developments in the marketplace. The cost of UAS is fixed and can be purchased, at a preferential rate, for up to three years in advance (with payment by annual instalment).

Specifically during the contract period UAS provides customers with:-

unlimited technical support, via telephone and e-mail, during normal business hours. These hours may be varied as agreed with the Dealer. Technical support is provided by the Dealer and is backed up by priority support from Graphisoft. Graphisoft technical support staff, both in the UK and Corporate, are tasked to respond promptly to queries from customers with UAS

notification of patches, upgrades and new releases of ArchiCAD

ALL upgrades and new releases of ArchiCAD

the purchase of additional ArchiCAD licences at a volume discount price based on the total number of licences held. This additional licence pricing is exclusive to UAS customers.

membership of the Graphisoft User Group which provides advance notification of changes to ArchiCAD, discounts on the entry to selected seminars, and preferential access to selected exhibitions and trade shows

the BIM Bulletin: a periodic electronic information sheet on the advanced use of ArchiCAD in Building Information Modelling. This bulletin draws from, and reports on, the discussions of the BIM Club

the opportunity for a small number of customers to participate in the BIM Club where the application and issues of building information modelling are explored and best practice examined

a training audit where an assessment of the skills level of users and the application of ArchiCAD are undertaken with recommendations on how to improve productivity and reduce costs (only available free of charge to customers with ten or more ArchiCAD licences)

the opportunity for selected larger customers to have a direct relationship with Graphisoft through a personal account manager who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and development

Graphisoft’s Upgrade Advantage Service provides these benefits now. UAS is being constantly reviewed to determine how best to support and serve Graphisoft’s customers.
