Expert training, service and support

Good training is one of the keys to successful implementation. Graphisoft provides traditional or customized product training at one of our centers or at your site. There are a variety of technical support packages available including annual coverage, per incident support, site- wide support, and software maintenance. If your workload or operational needs exceed your current staff capability, Graphisoft Consultants and Certified Facility Managers (CFM) can provide expert consulting services, including space analysis, data entry, application integration, and data maintenance services.

When loading data or floor plans, the user used to be confronted with the time-consuming job of reconciling one information source with another. ArchiFM includes RealSync^TM, which automates the bulk of the data reconciliation process, saving days of work. The coordination of room numbers, areas (calculated or not), occupying departments, and moveable equipment has finally been made easy.
